Through the help of our extensive database of suppliers and makers, we work to provide practical and original solutions to realise your vision from concept to completion. As our background is in Interiors, we ensure that each piece is designed to sit comfortably with the existing surroundings, so everything in its environment feels at home.

Melanie graduated in Manchester and has been a practicing Interior Designer for more than 30 years, working internationally for much of that time including 20 years as a partner in Addison Nelson Design. Responsible for all aspects of Residential and Commercial Interiors, including Interior Architecture, Project Management, Purchasing and Shipping.

As an interior designer Melanie has always had an interest in furniture, throughout her professional career. she has designed chairs for the Royal Academy of Music in London and has also exhibited her furniture creations in Verona, Italy with international design firm Sawaya and Moroni, and has shown at RIBA London. AND Furniture was founded in 2010 as a vehicle to design and manufacture a range of original furniture and products.

After gaining a Science Degree in Textiles, White, now based in Hong Kong, has been involved in Interior Design for over 25 years operating within all related sectors covering mainly hospitality, commercial and residential areas. In Hong Kong she worked for some of the top hotel specifier’s of the early 1990’s, namely Cowperthwaite & Partners and Steven Leach & Associates where she gained invaluable knowledge of how to run commercial based projects.

In 1994 she moved to London to work with Addison Nelson Design, where her partnership with Nelson began. White returned to Hong Kong in 1999, specializing in relocation planning and set up InSite Ltd., which quickly developed into a reputable Project Management company. By demand in 2011, together with Nelson, she launched AND Asia Ltd , a design, source and supply service for products and materials. 

As a respected interior designer, furnisher and project manager, White has developed an excellent organisational and networking skills and has built up a strong database of vendors, designers and architects in and around Asia.

Michael has worked in the design industry since 1983. Following diverse project experience he has worked as an independent design consultant since 1995, designing many residential projects, some located overseas. bringing to projects a highly developed 3D spatial awareness, strong concept space planning capabilities and a discerning understanding of design details & materials.

Whether working collaboratively or independently, Michael works closely with other building & construction professionals, utilizing his excellent team working and communication skills. His free hand 3D visual drawings are complemented by traditional drawings, model making skills and Autocad computer aided design techniques.

After studying fine art painting at Central St Martins connor went  on to study Politics Philosophy and Economics at the University of Manchester. Since he has been a practicing artist  exposing work in places like Leighton House in London and Salon d’Automne in Paris. As co-founder of Last Universal Creative Ancestor (LUCA) he also provides fine art consultancy services. His database of emerging artists help source exciting new artworks to complement a clients interior space.
