How we get the personal
information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· A website enquiry,
· Getting in touch with us by email or phone
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
· To register you as our customer
· To make your order and deliver it to you.
· To get in touch with you if we need to.
We only use your data in ways that the law allows us to.
Most of the time we use it because we need to as part of our contract with you (every time you buy something from us, we enter into a ‘contract’); or because we have a legitimate interest which isn’t overridden by your rights; or because it’s our legal obligation.
The final area is data that’s automatically collected. This one applies to our website, which picks up on things like the type of internet browser you’re using and which pages you’ve visited. You can find out more about this in our cookie policy. We only use essential cookies.

information
It is important for us to keep your information safe. So, we do everything we can to make sure that it won’t be lost; used or looked at without permission; changed; or passed on.
We’ll only keep your data for as long as we need to. If it is something sensitive such as bank details, we will delete it as soon as possible.
Other information such as your name, contact details and information on things you’ve bought from us we legally must keep for 6 years before deleting.
Your data protection

Our Cookie policy
Cookies are small files that a website saves to your phone, tablet or computer. Their job is to hold any relevant bits of information that will personalise and improve your ‘online experience’. For example, when items are saved to your basket so you don’t have to add them all back in again later – that’s down to a cookie. Or when you go onto a website and all the products you’ve looked at recently are featured so you can find them easily again – that’s a cookie again. In other words, cookies help to ma out how customers move around a website so that brands like us can understand how to make things smooth, personal and fuss-free
Our website only uses essential cookies
These are cookies which are strictly necessary for our website to be able to operate or to provide you with a service on our website which you have requested.
